Our house, with a beautiful view of the blue Adriatic, is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica (Lozica IV), which is great for a real quality vacation. We offer our guests comfortable accommodation in 6 well-equipped apartments of different sizes (small for 2 people, studio for 2 2 people and large for 4 people with a separate bedroom). All our apartments are airy, bright and tastefully furnished. Each apartment has a separate entrance, terrace, free internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. On each terrace there is a table with chairs and a parasol. Towels and bed linen, soap, dish cloth and a sponge for washing dishes are provided in each apartment. Our guests have free parking next to the house. A rocky beach, as well as a pebble beach, with crystal clear sea are a few minutes walk from our apartments. The town center, with restaurants, cafe bars, shops and activities for children, is a 20-minute pleasant walk along the sea.

Rocky beach Next to the house we have a separate glazed veranda with a large terrace and a built-in barbecue. We offer our guests free use of 4 bicycles. We have our own plateau on the beach with a parasol and steps to enter the sea which is available to our guests. For our little guests we have a trampoline, slide, swings and a large garden where they can play without worrying about traffic.

I had the opportunity to relax in August 2025 with my son in the apartments of Mr. Mladen and his wife. Neat house, clean. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking, towels, dishes, air conditioning. Nice, convenient place for grilling. Spacious terrace. We could use the bicycles for guests. There was plenty of space for guests' cars. Good location, close to the sea, beaches, shops. The owner Mladen was happy to answer our questions, an interesting conversationalist, an advisor. We only lived there for 10 days, but there we felt like at home, like visiting family. I hope that we will get to visit there again in the future. I recommend.

The apartment was clean overall, but I was disappointed with the mattress – it was dirty and had many visible stains. I pointed this out to the owner, but instead of replacing it, he simply turned it over to the other side where the stains were less noticeable. Another inconvenience was that only one of the two stove burners was working. On the positive side, the owners were polite and friendly. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, but it takes at least half an hour on foot to reach the town center. Alternatively, you can drive there and pay for parking.

Hello Nina, We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your accommodation. Despite our best efforts, we understand that it’s not always possible to meet everyone’s expectations, as preferences can vary greatly from guest to guest. The mattresses in the apartment are new, purchased just last summer. While there may be a small mark on the side of one mattress, we do not consider this to equate to a "completely stained mattress." Moreover, a brand-new mattress topper is placed on this mattress, along with clean and freshly ironed sheets. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and this is something our guests generally appreciate. In fact, we offered you the option to sleep in another bed or cancel your stay without charge if the accommodation did not meet your expectations. Despite this, you chose to stay. Regarding the stove, you did not mention any problems during your stay. Guests before and after you have not reported any issues either, and it has been used without complaints. We inspect and service all appliances before each season, and replace anything that is not functioning properly. The location of the house is clearly described on our page. For those who prefer not to walk or drive, we offer free bicycles, which many of our guests enjoy and find very convenient. Each summer, we aim to improve and update our apartments based on guest feedback and our own quality standards.

For the past 2 years we have been vacationing here, a small, quiet place away from the center of Rogoznica about 30 minutes easy walk by the sea. The apartments are beautiful, clean and tidy, with a beautiful sea view. In the yard there is a trampoline and swing, and a glass veranda with barbecue. Something for everyone. About the hosts only words of praise, extremely kind people, kind, friendly, always available. Definitely a recommendation if you want to spend a pleasant and relaxing vacation, and if you want to spend more actively, you can drive to Primosten or Sibenik. Apartments very clean, as described. Rocky beach, with descent to the ladder, but in the center is a nice beach with a gentle descent. There are bars on the beach. The place is recommended for people who like peace. Perfect for families with children. The only disadvantage of the room is that they do not have a TV, but I generally recommend it.

This year's stay is our 6th time in picturesque Croatia. This time Zecevo near Rogoznica and Ines apartments. Hosts very friendly, showed us all the apartments and can confirm the compliance with the description and photos on the site. Tastefully furnished apartments, clean. Kitchenettes equipped sufficiently for dinner preparation. In each apartment terrace overlooking the sea and beautiful hills extending around the house. Lots of free space around. You can walk to Rogoznica about 30 minutes. By the sea. In front of the children's home a large area with a trampoline, a swing and a small water slide. Lots of parking space. Private beach. Descent to the water on the ladder - quite deep, silence, calm - few children;) Beach for children with mild descent distant about 300-400m. I recommend for a quiet holiday looking for peace, quiet and truly idyllic holiday

Me and my wife stayed in Apartmani Ines last summer and we are going back this summer. We loved our apartment on the top floor and especially the view from our terrace. It was very close to the beach and very nice walk to Rogoznica center when you take the seaside path. Family Jakesevic were the perfect hosts and we felt very welcome.
