The apartments are located in a family house directly on the beach and all have a terrace with a view of the sea. Each apartment has air conditioning, internet, TV, kitchen and bathroom. In front of the house there is a barbecue and a place for socializing with a view of the sea. In the basement we have a washing machine and a dryer that guests can use for a small fee. Our housekeeper is always available for you.

Advance payment is EUR 100 for a studio apartment, EUR 200.00 for a 2+2 apartment and EUR 300.00 for a 4+1 apartment. You pay the rest in cash when you arrive in Rogoznica. Arrival time is from 14:00 and departure time is until 10:00. If you come earlier, you can wait on the terrace in the yard or on the beach.

All praise for the apartment we stayed in, clean, tidy, on the beach, terrace with a sea view, everything you need for a good vacation. We stayed in a large apartment 4+1. The apartment is spacious, has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, two balconies with a beautiful sea view and a very well equipped kitchen. The only thing we missed was a coffee maker for making Turkish coffee, but we managed without it. The facility is located right next to a beautiful beach, which is not overly crowded, and the water is crystal clear.

She thought you were looking for a Turkish coffee machine, and we have a Senseo machine and a Filter-Apart. The important thing is that everything else was fine.
Great apartment. Close to the beach, peace and quiet. Two bicycles available for guests. 10 minutes walk to the city center. We will definitely come back!

This year we decided to visit Rogoznica. A wonderful small place with clear sea. The house where we stayed from 12.6. until 29.6. 2024 is on a beautiful place. On the beautiful pebble beach itself. The house is beautiful, clean. The apartment is quite nice but clean. Mrs Marija, who maintains the house, is a wonderful person, who tries to be always available. The apartment we stayed in is deserted. There is none images. It needs to be painted. There is no doorknob in the hallway on which he could hang something. The only mirror in the bathroom is mounted too high and the light above it is also missing, and one shelf is missing below. But it was still nice for us. We thank Mr. Marija, which helped with that. Apartment renovation
Thank you for your honesty. We painted all the apartments. We installed new mirrors in the bathrooms with shelves, we put mirrors in the rooms and pictures in each apartment and renewed all the lamps. We also bought new furniture, so now everything is new. You had handles behind each door that you can move as you see fit. Best regards.
