To reserve an apartment, you need to pay a deposit of 20% of the total price, the rest in cash. If we have an apartment available in the requested period, we will send you an offer to your email, which includes the price of the deposit and the total amount. After your deposit payment is visible on our account, we will send you a confirmation of the booked appointment (voucher) via email.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation on your part, we will not refund the deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
