Advance payment required in the amount of 30% of the total. The balance is paid upon entering the apartment. Additional person in the apartment will be charged 10 euros a day, In the apartment are allowed only for persons who have been reported, all other persons (friends) only with the permission of the owner. Cleaning of the apartment will be charged if guests leave the property presently inadequate. Cleaning fee is charged from 40 to 70 euros, depending on the size of the apartment. Air conditioning costs 5 euros a day. Pets 10 euros a day. Time of departure until 10 am, arrival after 15 h.
