The apartment is ideal for a family with children, clean, modern, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The view from the balcony to the sea is priceless. A few steps to the beach of Lozica and a short walk to the beach of Sepurina (a 2.5-year-old child can easily manage on his own legs). Walk to the city about 20 minutes. The owners were very nice and were always available to help. We will definitely come back there.

We have just returned from Rogoznica where we had a wonderful holiday. We had the pleasure of being guests of Mr. Damir in the Luxury View apartment for a week. I definitely recommend this place - a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and islands (morning coffee with a sea view - priceless!). Everything as described - fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (dishwasher, coffee maker, hair dryer, towels), all in a fresh modern style and of course air conditioning. The apartment is located a few steps from the pebble beach, right next to it is also a pebble beach with a cafe and attractions for children. The location of the apartment allows for a quiet rest and the possibility of evening walks, e.g. to the old part of Rogoznica and the marina. I recommend!
Everything is as in the picture, new and clear. The beds are exceptionally high quality and comfortable. Other furnishings and equipment are quality and taste combined. The air conditioner is silent, and the buzzing of the outdoor units is not heard so you can enjoy the terrace and sleep in the open window. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. The sea and the concrete beach are a 1-minute walk away, while the pebble beach has a 3-4 minute stroll along the sea. The accommodation is ideal for a quiet family vacation. We were 4, we spent 9 days in the apartment and we all felt in the apartment and were more than happy! Mr. Damir and his wife are very kind.
