The apartment is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica in the Račice bay, surrounded by olive and fig trees. It is located right on the pebble beach with easy access to the sea. Private parking is provided. The apartment is air-conditioned, with TV and internet. In front of the apartment is a garden for sitting, relaxing and sunbathing. Barbecue is available for use. The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, 6 beds. The large room contains a double bed and a single sofa bed. The smaller room contains two single beds. There is a corner sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, a dishwasher, a stove and a fridge with a freezer. The toilet is equipped with a shower. We are a 5-minute walk from the town center where there are a number of excellent restaurants and cozy cafes, then a supermarket, post office, and an ambulance. We are a 10-minute walk from the large market. We are a 20-minute walk from Marina Frapa.

Rocky beach Primošten is 10 minutes by car. Trogir can be reached by car in 20 minutes, Šibenik in 30 minutes and Split in 45 minutes. There is a possibility of organized boat trips to Kornati, Skradin and the Krka waterfalls, Vodice and Murter.
