Payment is made upon the guest's arrival and registration. The reservation of the apartment is made by paying an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total amount. We had apartment A6, A4. there were more of us. clean, cozy apartment, you have everything you need. On the veranda a beautiful view of the sea. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the hosts.

Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering that we paid €960 for 8 nights. The apartment had several issues: the terrace sofa had been urinated on by cats, cats frequently entered the terrace and left feces, and we found blood on one of the bed sheets. There was also no air conditioning, which was very uncomfortable during the extreme heat.However, the worst part was the attitude of the owners. Although check-out was until 8:00 AM, we decided to leave around 4:00 AM due to the traffic and heat. We understood that we should be quiet, but instead of simply asking us to leave quietly, the owner's partner threatened to call the police because we planned to leave early. During packing, both owners constantly watched us, making us feel extremely uncomfortable.We understand that no apartment is perfect, but basic cleanliness, hospitality and respect toward paying guests are essential. Unfortunately, we experienced none of these. For €960 for 8 nights, we expected much more and cannot recommend this accommodation.
Violation of apartment conditions
You were informed of the conditions, prices and equipment of the apartment when booking, agreed to them, and now is not the time for complaints. You forgot to mention that you were warned several nights in a row about disturbing the peace and quiet in the apartment. With your behavior, you have violated our conditions on several occasions. The conditions do not include leaving and announcing the apartment at 4 am. The apartment is vacated in the morning, after the apartment has been inspected by the owner. The conditions also do not include packing and making noise from midnight to morning, and disturbing the peace of the guests of the apartment and the owner. I will not even describe your behavior under the influence of alcohol and opiates in detail. Also, the mess and trash that you left in the apartment after your stay. You were removed from the apartment for violating all conditions and rules, disturbing the peace and quiet. Calling the police is an understandable measure considering your inappropriate behavior. If there were any omissions regarding cleanliness, we take responsibility and apologize. We sign everything else. Also, we would not recommend you as a guest to anyone. Best regards

Hello everyone! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and Mrs. Milena for your hospitality. I would definitely recommend apartment A4 because it is in a great location (literally a minute's walk to the beach), the car can be parked right in front of the balcony safely. As for the equipment of the apartment, it is modernly equipped, neat, clean, accessible (it has a terrace and a balcony with a beautiful sea view). Exactly as shown in the pictures, that is the condition... I don't consider the lack of air conditioning a disadvantage because, as I already mentioned, the beach is nearby and you can always refresh yourself, and the nights are pleasant and the apartment can be cooled down nicely. I would definitely recommend the apartment to everyone, especially people who don't like to complicate things. Since you were great hosts, we are happy to return this year!

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, when we booked the apartment, we did not check whether it had air conditioning. That made our vacation unbearable, as we arrived in the summer. With two small children in an apartment with no draft in the evening at 30-32 degrees is no fun. Despite asking whether air conditioning could be installed, including our contribution to the cost, we were told that there was no option for air conditioning. It's a shame, as the location is not bad and I think the costs are easy to imagine. The same goes for the upper apartment with 6 places. No air conditioning, and the price for both apartments had been increased during the booking. The reason was renovation work. Unfortunately, we can only confirm this for the lower one.

The apartment is neat and nicely equipped. The beach is a two-minute walk away, excellent, gradual access to the sea. Everything you need is nearby. Mrs. Milena is very kind, unobtrusive, I definitely recommend it.
