Villa Perla is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica, 100 m from the beach and 500 m from the center. Each apartment is spacious, comfortably furnished, approx. 70 m2 and contains two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. There is a large parking lot in front of the house in the shade of olive trees. A spacious garden and garden with different Mediterranean plants and flowers, outdoor showers, a barbecue and a beautiful native stone house allow for a perfect vacation and escape from everyday life. The nearest beach is in the bay and is partly sandy and partly rocky with a small Beach Bar. Rogoznica is also famous for Marina Frapa, where you can find various types of entertainment, sports, tennis, diving, swimming pools, restaurants, cafes and a casino. The facility offers bicycles for use, as there are wonderful bicycle paths and panoramas in the area. The owners also offer a small day trip by boat to the nearby islands.
