Entrance to the apartment is 16 hrs further, and departure until 10:00 h in the morning. Advance payment is 40% of the total accommodation price. Payment of accommodation is due upon arrival in the apartment (full price reduced for the paid amount of advance payment). In case of cancellation of reservation, from the full price of the accommodation we will keep: - 30 days before the start of the term 10%. - between 21 and 30 days 20%. - 21 days before the start date 40%. - 14 days before the start of the term 70%. - 7 days before the start of the holiday, the full amount of accommodation is payable. Remark; Accommodation can be transferred to another. In this case the paid advance goes to another user, only the price changes if there are more persons in the apartment than the previously booked (if there is a possibility of an extra bed).

Excellent accommodation right by the sea in a quiet part of Rogoznica. The beach has natural shade, the entrance to the sea is right in front of the apartment, and there is a stone pool where children played for hours. The apartment we were in had everything we needed, and we were most impressed by the balcony where we could stay all day, because there is always shade. The view is beautiful of the islands and the Mulo lighthouse. The town center is a 20-minute walk away, and next to the apartment is a tavern with a good selection of drinks and meals. Mistress for every compliment, always available and ready to help. This holiday will remain in our fond memories. Thank you for everything!

Really unforgettable vacation. The apartments were renovated, where they would have the most beautiful place under the fig, there were wood and pallets. At the entrance to the apartment, kitchen utensils, mixer. Since they did not tell us that they were renovating, we did not take the apartment, we wanted a refund back, instead, we got the threat that we would have to pay the full price, and in case of a negative advertisement, court.

The guests came to the apartment on June 8, while the whole of Dalmatia was full of works and preparations for the season. The apartment was clean and impeccable. True, there were certain palettes and undisputed details in the garden, which we certainly had to deal with on that day. On the guest's remarks, everything was removed and cleared as soon as possible, in less than an hour, we even found friendly accommodation and replacement accommodation if they wanted to leave. Although on our page on the Apartment, it is clearly stated in which cases the guest is entitled to a refund, and the full cost of accommodation is payable, the guest has neglected the House rules and insists on the refund of the deposit, even though it has no rights. Just an hour after the guests arrived and the garden was clean and impeccable, we also had photos. In addition to their own terraces, guests also have their own table in the garden under the fig trees, 10 meters from the beach. The lady who was in the apartment had a hysterical attack, she was screaming, her nervous condition was not quite suitable for coexistence in the hospitality facility. In the short while they were in the apartment, they used the kitchen and the bathroom. She was pleased with the apartment, which is identical to the pictures. She only detested the details in the garden. In accordance with House Rules, we are entitled to the full cost of accommodation. We have no intention of extraditing the court. All of our apartments are neatly registered, but the rest of us have suffered damage, not ours
We are already 9 times in Croatia, but such a good place, in every respect, was not yet. We all said with one voice (marriage with three children) we have always been on the islands (Rab, Pag, Brač, Hvar, Peljesac), this time we chose Rogoznice and rightly. Here you will find everything in a nutshell - Dalmatian climate and atmosphere, warm, clean sea, intimate, location (Lozica). Sea 20 m, garden with beautiful flowers, grapes and a fig tree, eatery next to- (morning espresso by the sea, priceless), fresh bread arrives every morning. It was probably the only place where you could get fish in the morning in the day and evening, eat shrimp on the beach and taste the local wine. Hosts, deserve a separate commenter, We saw them once, but we were welcomed like old friends. Warm, open, always helpful in everything. So 10 stars from us without waving.

Great, apartment directly on the sea, and quiet. The view from the balcony is priceless and beautiful. The owners Ivan and Andrea are warm and helpful and grilled under the fig tree is the absolute highlight. I have been there for several years and the house and region has become a kind of 2nd home. The spring and autumn time is also recommended, because it is then in Rogoznica and the surrounding area very idyllic. There are plenty of day trip destinations. Those who are not dependent on summer school holidays should avoid July and August ...

Over 30 years we come to this region and this wonderful fishing village Rogoznica. The location of the apartment Tamaris with a clear view of the sea is unique. Friendliness and for every wish has the dream house and its owners an open ear. We call that "our little paradise " We retirees now enjoy the time in May and June and end of September to mid-October!

Great place! Very close, basically the sea and beach, very friendly and helpful hosts. A second beach, more sunny and for smaller children, with a playground etc., about 5 minutes walk by a beautiful path on the shores of the sea with shaded trees. The apartment itself is sufficient for 4 people, renovated, clean, equipped with basic appliances and accessories. As for us the only downside, it was a distance from the town center (about a 30 minute walk), but we definitely recommend it!

I was with my wife and daughter in Tamaris in July for nine days. We are overwhelmed and only the best I can say. Accommodation, location, hosts, everything was fine. The beach is right in front of the house and it is invaluable! The hosts are very nice, the last evening they prepared fish on the grayling and gave olive oil, laurel and rosemary. We were beautiful and we will certainly come again.

First of all, I would like to emphasize the relationship between price and service. For symbolic little money we got top accommodation and very nice hosts. First of all I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and comfort of the furniture as well as the professionalism with which they approach the guests. In one case they even made us grill and grilled fish. The furniture is very comfortable and this apartment we were in was more than enough for the two of us. Surroundings and a garden with flowers as well as a sea view are something unique in this setting. We'll come back safe and recommend it to friends. We are a fourfold family from Zagreb and this is our third year in a row to spend a summer in Tamaris. The first two years we were due to children on the ground floor, next to the garden, but this year we decided to stay in a large apartment on the first floor with a terrace overlooking the open sea. Magic! From my heart I would recommend staying in Tamaris for everyone, we really enjoyed the shade of the figs in the garden, in the apartment, on the beach, but also in the cafe that is right there, where we watched the matches of our team and cheered ... Hosts Andrea and Ivan are really wonderful people, only the best I can say about them. Very helpful, kind, whatever we needed to react immediately. I can hardly wait next summer, to come back to Tamaris, to enjoy and socialize. For a stay in Tamaris I give five stars because I can not imagine a better vacation. Recommendation!

I have read surprised the previous review of this apartment. We were here 4 times and always was good experience for us. We have 3 children age 4,6 and 8 and they liked it they could play in the garden and got figs from the tree. It was very comfortable that only a narrow dead end street are between the apartment and the see thus the children shall go the beach with a minimal attention. Although there were many guest we found parking places nearby the house everytime. Andrea and Ivan were very friendly to us and whenever we asked for something they tried to provide it.
