The hosts are extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. Neat and clean apartment with a large terrace and balcony, beautiful sea view. The beach is very close. A perfect place for a vacation and we will definitely choose the same again for a summer vacation.

A beautiful place, the apartment is clean, well-kept, well-equipped with a beautiful view of the sea, large terrace and additionally a balcony, the owners were very nice and helpful, there were no problems with booking and payment, the beach is close to approx. 100 m, few tourists, convenient at intervals, the owners provide a sup board for swimming, no shop, but it is a few minutes by car to Rogoznica, so it's not a problem, additionally there is a bakery, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I recommend.

We will remember the holiday very dissatisfied and with bitter feelings. In mid-May, we sent an inquiry to the owner Mrs. Slavica Roška for free capacity for a period of 13 days in the month of August 2022. We received an answer that the apartment is free. Ms. she communicated the terms of the reservation (payment for one day's stay and that's all). I transferred the payment to her and we confirmed the agreement. One week before the start of my stay in the apartment, I contacted Slavica to ask about the possible time of arrival and to make an appointment. That's when the problems started. First, she mixed up the dates of the overnight stays, and in the end she changed the price of the overnight stays, with the reason that everything is being teased. If I hadn't called, I would have learned her decision upon arrival. I could not confirm the arbitrary price increase. Due to the arrogance and arbitrariness of raising the price despite the agreement and payment of the reservation, we were left with our family without a long-awaited vacation. Very irresponsible, business unethical. Very unprofessional.
