The newly built holiday home is located in Rovinjsko selo, a village away from Rovinj ca. 6 km. The house was built in 2014 and is fully equipped with new furniture and new appliances. The house is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are two kitchens with dining room, two living rooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with high quality garden furniture and deck chairs for every person. On the ground floor there are 4 rooms equipped with top-quality air conditioning and 2 bathrooms. Guests have at their disposal a covered car park. The pool has dimensions of 4x6 meters, depth of 1, 35 meters. On each person a deck chair is available. Wi-Fi is available for guests. There are two apartments that are not internally connected but can be accessed through the main entrance and the terrace. Ideal for a group or for two families.
