Apartments Villa Antica are located in the center of Selina between Velika and Paklenica National Park. Distance from the center and the sea is only 100 m. Within the apartment there is a private beach 10m away from the sea, with a surface of 1000 m2. On the private beach there are: play and beach equipment, kitchen and fridge, toilets, showers with hot and cold water, grill 2x2, benches, tables, chairs and deck chairs, children's pool, trampoline, water slides and Indian tent. The beach is fenced and fenced. Guests can spend the whole day on the beach, enjoying the beauty of the sun, the sea, the summer shade and the rich offer of the Villa Antica.

Concrete beach The private beach is 10 meters away from the sea. The entrance to the sea is spotless. The private beach has 1000 m2 of surface area. On the beach there is a house 50m 2 with a kitchen, fridge, a space for beach equipment, a toilet. On the beach there are swings for children, children's slide, small children's pool, table tennis, chess, etc. There are hot and cold water showers on the beach and relaxation tables, tables and chairs. The beach is fenced. Guests of the Villa Antica spend the whole day on the beach, enjoy the beauty of the sun and the sea in the shade of the Mediterranean. We also offer half board (breakfast and dinner) for our guests in the beautiful and comfortable Podgorje restaurant, away from Villa Antica 100 m.
We spent 7 days in Villa Antica. Beautiful surroundings, around the beautiful mountains of Paklenica, on the other side of the sea. Clear sea and private beach, near the garden with garden house with fully equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, deck chairs and some of the activities for children. Villa itself offers clean rooms with shower and some with kitchenette. The owners are wonderful and friendly people. I believe we will come back here.

Very nice location for a family trip. Rooms were ready as soon as we arrived, the rooms are fantastic - fully Airconditioned and equipped with everything you need. Staff and the owner Ante were amazingly friendly, always happy to see you and chatty to the kids. My kids have spent every minute on the private beach full of activities for kids . It is safe enough for you to sit on your sun lounger and watch them play happily and I am normally the type of mum that would be following behind their every step. It is such a wonderful place to see the sunset as the sky turn from pale blue to red sky . The colours of the water are sooo beautiful, nice beach and clear water. The beach has spectacular views! Lots of activities available . My family did water surfing, paddle boarding and truly unforgettable Safari trip with landrovers up to Velebit mountain. Fantastic holiday and we have met some really nice people . We will definitely return very soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

We spent 12 days in Villa Antica. The accommodation is very nice, a short walk from the beach, where the house with a garden was excited. More beautiful, clean beach suitable for children. We took a great deal of vacation and you definitely rejoice at this place. The owners are wonderful people, worthy, vulgar. Really super allowed

The host is an unusual, open and friendly person. Villa well located on the ground floor, two kitchens, large dining room. Equipment without complaint. For us, the real furrorą was the beach - fenced area, on-site kitchen, beach equipment, kids often benefit from the possibility of playing table tennis. Seline is a great starting point to a very close Zadar, but also Sibenik and Split. It is also certainly go to Krk. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Already 2nd holiday in Villa Antica and again great experience. It is an amazing place to come with children. Can only recommend and will come again as no reason to look for some other place. On the garden you have all comfort and luxury you may need when pampering your children. :-)

This is simple the best place you can go with your childrens. Is not only the garden which makes this place fantastic. It is also the landlord hospitality and the way he takes care for his guests. Can only reccomend.

would write a long review, but in short i can say we had a great time out there. Ante (owner of Villa Antica) is a cheerful, very friendly and helpful person, apartment itself comfy, but what really speaks for is a FANTASTIC playground and garden area situated just on beach side. You can find and use everything there: showers, water slide, table tennis, inflatable toys, snorkeling equipment, little dinghy boat... not decided yet where to go next year summer time? I tell you now, Villa Antica,Seline, Franjo Tudjmana 42, Croatia. Edyta and Ryszard from Poland :-)))) p.s we think about coming back there next year :-)))

We chose Seline and Villa Antica at the last minute and we didn't made a mistake about it. Accommodation is nice, clean, comfortable, each room has a private bathroom, kitchen is shared by two rooms, which did not bother us since we were 2 families. Accommodation in Villa is very well, it just lacked the air condition at night. The only thing that's missing is the air condition but justifies the garden by the sea - from one side overlooking the Velebit and Mala Paklenica from the other side the sea. In the garden is a fully equipped barbecue, space for air mattresses, easy chairs, toilet, children's water slide, pools, showers, beach umbrellas. Here we used to spent the whole day without any need to go on the beach, because we had everything we need. Who goes to Croatia, they knows what I mean (a beautiful beaches without shower and toilet ...). The owners are very friendly, they really trying hard to make their guests to feel comfortable on vacation. Seline is small but very merrily place with several restaurants, pastry, 2 markets, currency exchange and ATM in neighboring Starigrad. Holiday was very nice, definitely we'll be back.
