Detailed description

Fully equipped apartments according to the new categorization conditions. The apartments are modernly furnished. Located in a quiet bay. The facility is located right next to the sea. The building was newly built in 2022. You can get to the center, which is only 4 kilometers away, by car, bicycle, highway or through the town of Slađenovići.

Payment and terms
Please do not clean your make-up with towels because it cannot be washed off the towel, use the means and cushions provided for this. Arrival is until 2:00 pm Departure is until 10:00 am Upon confirmation of the reservation by the owner, 20% of the total price must be paid to the bank account. The rest is paid in cash or by bank transfer on the day of arrival. Initial funds for washing dishes, clothes, toilet paper and tourist tax are included in the accommodation price. HOUSE RULES: In order to ensure a pleasant stay and eliminate possible misunderstandings, please familiarize yourself with the house rules. When confirming the reservation, it is understood that you are familiar with it and agree with it, and that you will fully comply with it. 1. The stay in the apartment starts at 2:00 p.m. on the first day of stay, and ends by 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation more than a month before arrival, the deposit will be reimbursed in full upon receipt of the cancellation of the reservation from the customer via e-mail.

Beautiful

Everything you need. Baby toys. They put fruit, wine, beer, water in the fridge. You have towels both for the beach and on the beach, which is standing in front of the door of your sunbed and umbrella. It has a grill and everything you need to prepare it. The sea is crystal clear and warm. The sea is calm and great for SUPing... Beautiful nature and a wonderful sunset. The price is great, but for everything they offer, it could be more expensive because it is absolutely worth it. Thank you for a wonderful break.
