Villa Ratac is ideally located on a sunny beach, surrounded by lush vegetation of pines and olive trees. Palms apartment has an open sea view, 2 terraces, separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen. In general, a very comfortable apartment with its 80 m2, optimal for 4 to 5 guests.

Best possible view on the Adriatic

We stayed here just for three nights as this was our plan from beginning, to travel along the Adriatic. Out the 5 places we stayed I can easily confirm this was the best place, directly on the ocean, perfect sea view, fantastic sea, all in all - I am sure that we will come back!

Excellent villa located just on the beach

We stayed here in 2021 during August. Arriving here is a bit hectic as we took the local road from Split to Dubrovnik, after passing the border we came back again into southern Croatia. What a difference! Great views, perfect nature, one of the best landscapes we saw in Europe. Accommodation was fantastic, the Villa Ratac has an open sea view that lets you to see the sunsets just in front of the balcony. Inside the apartments its all made for real use, standard equipment, nothing too much. Dining area is really spacious, there is space everywhere - from the beach to the parking. All in all, it was a stay in the middle of a sea paradise!
