First row to the beach - 10 m to the beach. We offer comfortable air-conditioned and well-equipped apartments in the first row to the beach in the small town of Srima near Vodice. The beach is naturally shaded by tamarisk trees. The beach is shallow, sandy and pebbly and paved for sitting and sunbathing and suitable for small children and adults. In the fenced yard we have a large parking lot in the shade of kiwi trees. In the yard there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a grill. We have a buoy for a boat in front of the house and free Wi-Fi internet. All apartments have large covered terraces with a view of the sea, pleasant to stay in throughout the day. Well-equipped kitchens with a large fridge and freezer. and a gas - electric stove. There are many restaurants and pastry shops and two food stores nearby. The apartments guarantee a pleasant vacation and night peace. The town center is 300 m and the center of Vodice is about 2 km away. We recommend an evening walk along the sea to Vodice, where there is an entertainment program and many restaurants every day.

Check-in to the apartment is possible after 12:00 AM and check-out is until 9:00 AM. The advance payment for booking the apartment should be paid to our bank account in the amount of 150 euros. The fifth person pays an additional 5 euros per day. The entire rental amount, minus the advance payment, is paid upon arrival at the apartment in cash in euros. We do not accept guests with skin and infectious diseases. We cannot accept guests in wheelchairs. We do not accept pets. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Tourist tax and air conditioning are included in the price.

Concrete beach In the center of Srima you can rent a boat and there is also a fast taxi boat at your disposal that can take you on a trip to the nearby islands and islets at an affordable price. There is also a playground for children. Excursion boats depart from Vodice and Šibenik every day to the Kornati National Park and the Krka National Park. Near the house (about 30 m) there is a reputable restaurant with a spacious terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or just have a drink and relax with a beautiful view of the sea.
