On the ground floor there is only one more studio apartment, which is occasionally used only by the owners. The apartment is in a quiet environment, 300 m from the sea - beach. Everything is available in 3 to 10 minutes on foot (supermarket, bank, post office, restaurants, cafes and entertainment facilities). The apartment is for 5 people; all rooms are air-conditioned, as well as the living room and dining room with a kitchen that is fully equipped (dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.). TV with free internet; large bathroom with toilet with walk-in shower, bidet and washing machine. Balcony and terrace with sea view with outdoor dining table. Courtyard with deck chairs, outdoor solar shower, barbecue and free parking with lock. This is the right place to relax, rest and enjoy the Mediterranean ambiance with the scents of lavender, rosemary, sage, laurel, as well as figs straight from the tree.

Reservations are made by paying a deposit of 20% of the total price. Payment of the remaining total amount by the 20th day before arrival to the account. If the total amount of money is not paid by the 20th day, the reservation is automatically canceled. Arrival time from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Departure from the apartment by 10:00 AM. If the guest wants to arrive earlier or leave later, we will accommodate the guest depending on the availability of the apartment. We always offer the possibility of leaving luggage free of charge.
Residential tax is included in price.Possibility of cancellation up to 20 days before arrival. In the event that payment has been made and cancellation is requested from 20 to 10 days before the arrival date, half of the reservation amount will be returned. We stayed in a very nice and modernly furnished apartment, where everything was taken care of. The space is clean, comfortable and functional, and the furniture and equipment are newer and carefully selected, which gives a feeling of homeliness. The owners are extremely friendly, approachable and ready to help, so we felt very welcome. We have no comments - only praise.
