New house with a total of 4 apartments, Villa Maria, is located in the residential and recreational area of Supetar in the immediate vicinity of the center with a wide range of sports and entertainment facilities. Tennis courts 150 m away, shopping 200 m, pebble beach and restaurant about 350 m, city center about 800 m. Partially fenced with a stone wall, about 600 m² of land with plants and greenery. . Parking is provided for all guests. Each apartment has a covered terrace / balcony with furniture, and some have a sea view.

Advance payment is €200, which is paid to the account, and the rest is paid on the spot upon arrival or departure. Guests should leave the apartment by 10 a.m. upon departure, and enter after 4 p.m. upon arrival. Please let us know the day before what time you plan to arrive at the apartment. Additional persons of the basic capacity are charged an additional €10/day per person. Minimum stay in season is 7 days.

The apartment is very spacious, in the large room there is a double bed and another single bed, so our family of three had enough space. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. We also loved the covered terrace where we ate. The washing machine in the apartment was also useful. Beaches, shops and restaurants are a 2-3 minute walk away. We definitely recommend it!

Extremely clean apartment and nicely furnished. It has plenty of space and a large terrace that is shaded all day. The bedding smelled very nice, they left us soap, toilet paper, two dishes for the dishwasher, hand dishwashing detergent, flour, tea and more. The only drawback was the combined stove, which had two hobs and two gas, which did not work, as there was no gas at all. Only two hobs and an oven worked. But you can also cook like that. The beach is close, only 5 minutes walk. The store is also quite close, on the way to the beach and the town is right next door, about 10 minutes away. In short, everything is close (including banks, ATMs, restaurants and bars). The town of Supetar is very beautiful, especially at night. It pays to walk along the waterfront, where they sell a variety of attractions. Along the beach there is a lot of shade under the trees, so it’s great at all. They also have a huge slide and an inflatable water toy for the kids. We went to eat at the restaurant or fast food Jure and we were very satisfied. Very good food and very friendly staff. Even the apartment owners and the girl who helps are all very friendly.
