Payment and terms

Payment is made to the bank account of the owner of the facility. When making your reservation you will need to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the total accommodation value and the rest is paid 30 days before the guest arrives at the facility. Arrival time: 16 hours. Departure time: up to 10 hours. Security deposit: 300 Eur Security deposit is payable upon arrival of guest; on the day of the departure of the guest, the villa owner visits the house, if everything is fine the security deposit is returned to the guest. In the opposite case, the damage is charged from the security deposit.
