Villa Perka is situated in the charming, picturesque village of Sv. Nedjelja, Hvar\\s most important vineyard region. A home to the only Grand cru in Croatia, Zlatan Otok winery, one of Croatia\\s finest producers is five minutes walk from the villa. The villa is perched mid-way up the hills, surrounded by vineyards to the sides, the cobalt sea below and the cave and St. Nicholas peak to the back. It is free of buildings around, completely fenced with it\\s own private garden spread across 2000 square meters and therefore particularly attractive to tourists in search of peaceful and relaxing holidays. The location is also perfect for those looking for beautiful little coves with fine pebble beaches where you can find some privacy. The private parking lot is in front of the house. All villa apartments are with separate entrance and glass doors that allow light to flow through the house creating the relaxed feel and enabling you to enjoy the view even while sitting in the living room.
