There are three parking spaces in the yard of the house. Behind the house there is a grill and oven for shared use, as well as a swing for children. There are three apartment units on the first floor of the house. Each apartment has its own entrance and key from the same entrance hall. Each apartment has a kitchen with two electric cookers, bathroom with shower, table and chairs for dining, TV with satellite and local programs, and air conditioning. In apartment 1, the double bed is 180 cm wide, and in the other apartments, it is 160 cm wide. All apartments have refrigerators with a freezer of up to 10 liters. Apartment 1 has a part of the entrance terrace with a pergola, which offers a wonderful view of Ravne kotare and Velebit. In apartment 2 (studio 2+2), the double bed is placed so that the children from the bunk bed cannot see it, and everyone can see the TV on the wall. It has a balcony 6 m x 1.2 m. Apartment 3 has a separate room with two more beds in the dining room, and there is also a loggia where you can eat.
