The apartments are located on the ground floor (basement) with a large fenced yard, the hosts are on the first floor, suitable for a group of friends or a larger family, the terrace is shared. Total capacity up to 8 people. The home is not on the main road, we are in an ideal location, a 10-minute walk from both the center and the most beautiful and largest beach in the town. The yard is fenced, which is extremely suitable for small children. For children's entertainment, we offer a 305 cm trampoline in the garden itself, in the immediate vicinity of the building, surrounded by olive groves and green citrus fruits. Football field, basketball court, children's park with children's and fitness equipment, promenade-promenade along the entire length of the town by the sea, about 1.3 km long, suitable for running, cycling and walking, as well as the stairs to the Church of St. Rok with approx. 250 steps, it is only about 150 meters away from the house. The parking lot is provided in the immediate vicinity of the building.
