Our house is located in the very center of the small tourist village of Tučepi in mid-Dalmatia. Numerous shops, cafés, and restaurants are within close proximity, and two pebble beaches are just 100 meters away. A parking spot is included in the price, requiring a 2-minute walk from the house. Both studio apartments are situated on the third floor (please note: there is no elevator). They were partially renovated in 2024. Each contains one double bed and one single bed, accommodating up to three adults. Each apartment features a kitchen, a private bathroom, and a small balcony with a seating area. Amenities include air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (2-ring electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery), Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, flat iron, and more.
