Advance payment for apartment is 30%. Payment is made immediately after booking confirmation. Guests can use the apartment from 12.00 am on the day of arrival and leave until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Exceptionally, in agreement with the owner, guests can come early, or leave later than the agreed terms, if the apartment is free on the day of arrival, or on the day of departure.
