City Beach Umag

If you have rented an apartment, room or vacation house in Umag, you will taste some of the many beaches stretching in a 7-kilometer range, alternating a fine grain of sand with rocky sea-lined surfaces. Beaches lie under the sun for you to discover their magic on foot, by bicycle or by car and choose the perfect one, the one which is yours. But the best thing here is that morning coffee can easily be completed by swimming in the sea because the city beach in Umag is located under the terraces of cafes and restaurants on the other side of the peninsula with the view to the open sea. There is no crowd on the town's beach, although loungers can be rented here and there is a shower with fresh water. The beach is paved in the style of the beaches of the second half of the 20th century, and there is an industrial building next to the beach, rest from the socialism when the industrial development of the country is emphasized. A high flue is not included in the polluters and gives a special charm to the beach, so bathing in the warm lap of the Umag peninsula remains an unforgettable moment of a holiday in Istria.
