The apartments have been renovated and are located on the ground floor of a family house located in a quiet and green environment. Each apartment has a separate entrance and its own terrace with a view of the garden full of flowers and exotic fruits. The apartments have a large closed parking lot. Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment is a beautifully landscaped concrete and rocky beach at the edge of a pine forest. The beach has 2 showers, a sand volleyball court and a cafe where you can find refreshments in drinks and ice cream. The center of Umag is only a 7-minute walk from the apartment. In the city at any time of the day you can find everything you need (grocery and textile stores, bank, post office, hospital). Every day cultural and entertainment events are held in the city (Golden Lion, Tomato Festival, Folklore Shows from the whole region,...). We stayed in this apartment last summer. It was just great. Friendly owners. Everything was perfectly clean. The centre of the town is within walking distance. One beach is almost behind the house and other one cca 10 minutes walk (10 minutes with small children). I would definitely stay there again
