We are located in Sveti Ivan, a quiet village close the sea who far 3 kilometers from Umag. We offer 4 fully equipped and modern apartments, for 2 up to 4 guests. The distance from the sea is about 70 meters. The beach close to the apartments is rocky. Distance from the center of Umag is about 4 km or 5 minutes by car. Apartments for 2 persons (approx. 40 m2) - each of them has a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, utensils) with living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a terrace with garden furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. Apartment for 4 persons (90m2) has two bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen (stove combined gas / electricity, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, utensils), bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with satellite TV and terrace with sea view and garden furniture, wireless internet.

The apartment, large, air-conditioned, very clean, well equipped, also has a large terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, protected by a large awning that makes it ideal for relaxation even in the hottest hours. Walking along a small private path leads to a small stony bay, quiet and with clear water. Below the apartment there is a fish restaurant where you can eat really well and with more than fair prices considering the quality and quantity of the dishes.The owner and her mother are very nice and available for any need and this makes the stay even more pleasant. We will gladly return as soon as there are fewer restrictions by our state.

Small but very cozy apartment, equipped with everything, ideal for 2 people also having the opportunity to wash things with the present washing machine. Private beach 100 meters away, very nice restaurant around the corner and I think it is possible to book even in the coldest months because it has heating.
