We are located in Sveti Ivan, a quiet seaside village about 3 kilometers from Umag. As part of the family house, we offer 4 fully and modernly equipped apartments. The distance from the property to the sea is about 70 meters. The beach near the apartment is rocky. The distance from the center of Umag is about 4 kilometers or a 5-minute drive by car. Apartments for 2 people (about 40 m2) have a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes) with a living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and terrace with balcony furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. Apartment for 4 people (90m2) has two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen (combined gas/electric stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishes), bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with satellite TV and a large terrace with a sea view and balcony furniture, wireless internet.

We had a great 2-week vacation here in August. The apartment was cozy, clean and well-equipped. The walk to the beach took only 1 minute and was not crowded. The hosts were always kind and hospitable. Sveti Ivan is one of the most beautiful places we have visited. It provided a peaceful and romantic vacation. It was a balm for our soul and body. We definitely recommend it.

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday with Valentina. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished, perfect for 2 people and well equipped. Beautiful, well-kept garden with seating right by the water. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

The apartment, large, air-conditioned, very clean, well equipped, also has a large terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, protected by a large awning that makes it ideal for relaxation even in the hottest hours. Walking along a small private path leads to a small stony bay, quiet and with clear water. Below the apartment there is a fish restaurant where you can eat really well and with more than fair prices considering the quality and quantity of the dishes.The owner and her mother are very nice and available for any need and this makes the stay even more pleasant. We will gladly return as soon as there are fewer restrictions by our state.

Small but very cozy apartment, equipped with everything, ideal for 2 people also having the opportunity to wash things with the present washing machine. Private beach 100 meters away, very nice restaurant around the corner and I think it is possible to book even in the coldest months because it has heating.
