The beach near the apartment is rocky. The distance from the center of Umag is about 2 kilometers, which provides an excellent opportunity for a day or evening walk. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes) with a living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and terrace with balcony furniture, satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. The apartment for 4+2 people has two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (combined gas/electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes), bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with extra bed for 2 people and satellite TV and a terrace with sea view and balcony furniture, wireless internet.

I can only recommend Apartment Zecevic. The apartment is large enough - 2 separate bedrooms, one with a separate entrance from the hallway, each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. corner and toilet, spacious kitchen with living room. The terrace is smaller (there is a table for 2-3 people), but with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped for cooking in the apartment, there are enough dishes. The only thing missing was a kettle. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Parking in front of the house. Mrs. Višnja is very kind and helpful. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the most beautiful beaches in Umag and about 15 minutes walk from the center (where the nightlife is). The nearest bakery is about 7 minutes walk (near Stella Maris) or there are several bakeries in the center.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Umag and can wholeheartedly recommend it! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished, and incredibly cozy at the same time. It truly lacked nothing; everything was provided with great attention to detail. The location is ideal: quiet, yet only minutes from the sea, the town center and its old town, as well as numerous restaurants. Everything is easily accessible on foot, and you don't even need to move your car from the parking lot! Perfect for exploring Istria or simply enjoying relaxing days on the beach. I would especially like to commend the warm and welcoming hosts. They were always friendly and helpful, and their valuable tips made my stay even more enjoyable. I am so happy to have met such wonderful and, above all, kind-hearted people. Besides the relaxing holiday, I also made some great new friends! If you're looking for relaxation, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place for you. I felt right at home from the very first moment and will definitely be back. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Very nice little apartment, well equipped, tidy and spotlessly clean. It is located in a quiet location close to the beaches, between the town center and sports fields, which makes it ideal for relaxation and an active vacation. We were especially impressed by the spacious terrace and garden, which provide peace, privacy and a pleasant space for socializing, and the large parking space is an additional practical advantage. The hosts are extremely kind and accommodating and made sure that we felt welcome throughout our stay. Once again, a big thank you to the Zečević family for their hospitality and pleasant stay. The accommodation is in a very good location and the rooms exactly match the pictures online. Bed linen and towels are changed every six days. Ms. Zecevic is always very friendly and helpful. There are also shaded parking spaces right at the accommodation. We've stayed there twice already and will definitely come back.

The apartment is very nice in peaceful place, but not to far from beach, main square and marina. It's well equipped. It is good to have bikes, scooter in Umag to move from one beach to another.

The apartment is just the right size, clean and has everything two people need for a short or long stay. A new comfortable bed in the bedroom. TV and air conditioner and refrigerator, everything works very well. The WI-FI occasionally breaks a bit, but it works. The terrace in front of the apartment is practically in the shade all day. Parking available. Approx. 10 min walk to hotel beaches (Punta, Stella Maris,...). The owners Mrs. Višnja and Mr. Stevo are very friendly. I recommend.

I stayed with my wife in apartment A2 from July 28 to August 3, 2022. The apartment is very clean and tidy, the terrace is in the shade all day, it has its own parking space. The street is very quiet and there is no noise or traffic except for the tenants. It is a 10-minute easy walk to the main town beach of Punta, so we didn't even use the car. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful people If we come to Umag again, we will return to this apartment.
