We are located in Sveti Ivan, a quiet seaside town about 4 kilometers from Umag. As part of a family house, we offer a fully and modernly equipped apartment. The distance from the property to the sea is about 50 meters. The beach near the apartment is rocky. The distance from the center of Umag is about 4 kilometers or a 5-minute drive by car. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (combined electric-gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, kettle, microwave, coffee maker) with a living room with a sofa bed, bathroom with shower and washing machine, bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. The apartment is located on the second floor. There is also a terrace with garden furniture on the first floor. One parking space is available.
