Apartment Zorko Umag (70 m2, A4 1) is located in the center of Umag, in a quiet part of town just 7 minutes walk from the local beach. The two-bedroom apartment is spread over two floors of an old Istrian town house. The house has been completely renovated in a modern and warm Mediterranean style, and its stone walls provide a pleasant natural freshness in the hot summer months. It is ideal for a family with two or three children, two couples or a group of friends, and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The apartment is ideal for an active vacation oriented towards the nearby beach, city facilities or exploring the Istrian peninsula.

Children over the age of 12 are counted as adults. We do not accept pets. For stays shorter than 3 nights, the price can be increased by 20-30%. The reservation is made by paying an advance in the amount of 20% of the total rental price of the apartment for a certain period. Rocky beach From a side city road, it turns into a backyard that is shared with neighbors. There is a private parking for two cars and a table with benches. An external staircase with a small balcony leads to the first floor where there is a kitchen with a living room, one bedroom with a double bed and a shared toilet. An internal staircase leads to the high attic where there is a spacious bathroom and a second bedroom with a double bed. In this room it is possible to separate the beds and the kids adore it! Bed linen and towels are provided. Amenities include wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning on each floor. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, dishes).
Spacious and delightful apartment complete with all comforts and in a fantastic location, more than adequate price. Absolutely recommended. Marco.

Newly renovated loft apartment with air condition. Clean and pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Two toilets and a large bathroom. Close to the beach and to the center. Plenty of space for 4 people. So far, the nicest apartment where we were in Croatia. All this at a very good price.

Old house with a yard, stone walls, kitchen equipped with all appliances, bathrooms and rooms comfortable, clean, neat, quiet surroundings, an oasis in crowded Umag. Price well below the cost of accommodation of the same quality. We were with his parents and two children, it was very nice. Pohvla accommodation. Destination is ok considering the beauty Istrarskih towns in the area and entertainment for children and adults.
