Payment and terms

Payment on arrival. Reservations are confirmed upon the payment of 20%. In addition to rent, the price includes electricity, water and gas, bed linen and final cleaning of the apartment. Check-in: 14.00 onwards. Departure: until 10.00 hours. For stays less than 7 days price is increased by 30%. In the seventh and eighth month only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Using the air conditioner costs 5 euros a day.

Residential tax is included in price.
