Ideal location of the facility in Umag, on Punta, with 5 apartments in a private house 3 minutes walk from the sea and beaches. All apartments (approx. 55m2) are modernly equipped, clean and well-arranged. They have a kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ...), bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels (2 per person and changed every week), furnished terrace where smoking is allowed. The rooms have double beds and bed linen is changed every week. The price includes parking, WI-FI 5G, air conditioning, safe ... Pets (dogs) are welcome for an additional fee of € 20 per day. Shops, bakery, restaurants, ATP stadium are 200m away. There is an exclusive promenade along the sea to the center of Umag 1500m away. Sports fields (tennis, padel ...) and water sports are 3 minutes walk away. The facility is located in a quiet area, away from the road at the end of a dead end street and we prefer families and couples. We do not accept reservations for groups of young people. We offer excellent quality for the offered price of the service.

When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total overnight stay to our bank account. The remaining part is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, we take a €100 deposit, which we return upon departure if everything is in order with the apartment. The time of arrival to the apartment is strictly from 13:00 - 22:00. Departure time until 10:00 a.m. Tourist tax is included in the price. Pets (dogs) are welcome with an extra charge of €20 per day. If the duration of the stay is longer than 10 days, we reduce the price. An extra bed is charged €20 per person per night. Additional laundry service costs €10. Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment serves the guest as a confirmation that the lessor will keep the reserved apartment for the specified period. Cancellation of reservations is possible up to 14 days before arrival. In this case, the money paid will be refunded. Otherwise, we keep the entire advance payment.
