Equipped with solar system electricity, the house has a kitchen with a fireplace, living room with a comfortable sofa / bed and TV, a bedroom with a double bed, extra room for reading and relaxing and a bathroom. It is designed for 4 people with the possibility of extra additional bed for 1 person. There are two terraces and outdoor fireplace. In the neighborhood there are no other houses, and in the second part of the bay is located hotel. It has it's spacious parking lot.
