To confirm your reservation, you need to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the shift. The rest is paid upon arrival, in cash. Once we receive the deposit, your reservation becomes valid and confirmed. The ideal time to arrive at the apartment is after 2:00 PM, while departure is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, so that we can prepare the apartment for the next guests. In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable, unless we are able to fill the appointment again. Please let us know in advance if you are coming with a pet or a boat, in order to organize moorings and additional needs. Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationYou can cancel your reservation at any time, but please let us know as soon as possible. A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the shift is required to confirm your reservation. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, unless we manage to book the same period for other guests - in which case we will refund you the full amount. In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the booked shift will be charged. The second year in a row we spend the summer in Vinišće ... who falls in love with ... spend summer with friends in both apartments and they are great.Apartments near the sea, excellent for summer holidays with little children .. no crowds, galama .. ideal for a real vacation and stay away from the crowd of the city ... all those who want a quiet vacation, stay on the terrace with the reunion I definitely recommend .. hosts all praise!

Vinišće is a nice Dalmatian village, not crowded, very quiet, peaceful, with gravel beaches and extraordinary clean water. My family (parents with two daughters) was trying to find a place exactly with these qualities-quiet, safe, close to the beach, beautiful and calm water, which is perfect for SUP. We were more than satisfied with the position of the apartment and positive energy of the hosts, always ready and willing to help - no matter what! Being so close to the sea we were delighted by a great view at sailing boats spending the night in this beautiful bay. Being in the centre of the village all we needed was within a 1 minute walk- the beach, greengrocer\'s, cafe, restaurant, bakery, fish market. We highly recommend it to anyone that likes the described features (+ covered terrace, barbecue, shower in the garden, separate path to our apartment. Petra

In Vinišće we have been spending the last 5 years and we are staying with Ivona every time we have just praise for her family as well as her family. As hosts they are very kind and accommodating, and during that year we have developed with them a nice and fair relationship. As far as the place is concerned, Vinišće is a small, peaceful fishing village nestled in a beautiful bay of pure sea and pristine nature. Perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation whether you are alone or with children. All the necessary facilities are available - shops, pastry shops, cafes, restaurants .... when you are driving a car on arrival, shake it off (unless you want to skip to the nearby Trogir. The place is ideal for those with small children - from the apartment to the beach you have a minute walk - if you have something to forget, just jump back and for once again on the beach (now the kids grow up, go to the apartment themselves and come back - huh , which relief. Given that there are also children living in Vinišće, it would not be bad for the local government to think about building a park with children's play equipment, which would add value to the site itself.

We were excited about our holiday. Vinisce is a beautiful and peaceful fishing village in the smaller bay. The sea is calm and warm, suitable for families with smaller and bigger children. The village is endless and thanks to this is a small traffic on the roads. Communication with Ivona was quick and hassle-free. Owners willing, very friendly and friendly. The house has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant holiday. The house is a short walk to several pebble beaches. Shops and restaurants are also a short walk from the house and most can be paid by the card. I also recommend visiting nearby Trogir. Once again, I want to thank the owners for a beautiful holiday. It was great.

Vinisce, a quiet old fishing village with a beautiful bay, every year is worth the trip. Through the rest you can relax in super Vinisce. Everything your heart desires is nearby (supermarket, restaurant, ice cream, ...). The apartment has a lovely shaded terrace with beautiful sea views. There are only a few feet for swimming. The app. is equipped with everything necessary. Nothing was missing. Air conditioning is available. Our landlords were very nice and helpful, we felt like at home. Vinisce is a place to relax. We were already for the third time in the app. Cicak and always happy.

For this apartment we found by accident, Ivon asked about the Albatross, and there was all booked up. I do not regret. It was cheaper, more intimate, clean, large cool terraces, a garden and a lot of space for children to run around, close to the beaches, maybe not snorkeling, but perfect for preschoolers. A couple of pubs to choose from very close to the shop, where you can pay by credit card or three steps from the house. House tucked slightly in depth, so even a good location, no one shouted at the window. Apartments are not somehow super-modern equipment, but nothing in them we lacked, plenty of hiding places for cluttering things, bedding, towels, mesh windows on mosquitoes (in Vinisce flying small, very maliciously specimens), hand soap, washing up liquid vessels. Good a seat to sit on the ground and driving around the area. Contact Ivona great. I highly recommend:-)
