(Note for persons with limited mobility: the apartment is on the second floor and has stairs in the backyard). The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate and includes two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with air conditioning, a balcony and a bathroom that connects the corridor. Tax is not included. Prices are in euros (€) per night. To confirm your reservation by prepayment of € 150 to the owner's bank account (if the reservation is for a period longer than 14 days, the deposit is 50% of total cost). After receipt of payment, the apartment is fixed reserved for the desired period, the deposit is not refundable in case of withdrawal. Upon arrival at the apartment, the guests remainder of the cost of accommodation and other expenses in cash. Other costs include local tax 1 € / day for adults and 0, 50 € / day for children aged 12-18 years, a pet in the apartment - 10 € / day. Guests are asked for € 100 deposit upon arrival. Check in is from 13:00 and check out until 10: 00h.
