Villa Vacanza is only 50-meters away from the sea. It consists of two modern apartments, Orange and Beige apartment suites from which guests can choose according to their own tastes and preferences. Payment and terms

Prices are in Euros (€) per person per night. For reservation confirmation, guest should pay in advance 20% of the total price for a specific term onto the owners bank account (if the reservation is for a period longer than 20 days, the deposit is 50% of total cost). Upon receipt of payment, the apartment is reserved for the desired fixed term, and payment will not be refunded in case of withdrawal. Upon arrival at the apartment, the owner charges the other 80% of the cost of accommodation as well as other costs. Guests are requested for a € 100 deposit which is refunded on departure if the apartment is left in good condition.
Residential tax is included in price.
