Cancellation policy

You can cancel for free up to 30 days before departure. If you cancel between 30-15 days before arrival we keep the advance payment. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the reservation amount, but depending on the reason for cancellation, we always try to reach a mutual agreement that will satisfy both parties.
