We offer 5 comfortable apartments, fully equipped, surrounded by a large garden of approx. 2250 m2, in olive groves, in a quiet area of Zaton. The property is approx. 100 m from the sea and the same distance from the first, nearest sandy beach, approx. 100 m. The beaches are mostly sandy and pebble, but there are also concrete and rocky ones. The distance from the entrance to the Holiday resort Zaton is less than 100 m. All apartments are air-conditioned, TV, satellite, the price also includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, the possibility of using a barbecue and a canopy with garden furniture in the yard. Secured parking spaces in the yard. Each apartment has its own separate entrance, its own terrace. Our guests have at their disposal a large swimming pool, a trampoline and a children's playground.

We were in August '23 - two families 2+3, 2+2, 8 nights. The apartments are clean, well-equipped, everything that is in the pictures and in the description is correct. The owner is very nice and helpful. We spoke English, a little Croatian / Polish, you can also get along ;) In the yard there is a large swimming pool, a trampoline for children, a place for a barbecue, deckchairs. The apartments are equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, towels, dishwasher, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner. The only downside is the internet connection was slow at times. The view from the terrace on the second floor is beautiful :D The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, you can really relax. To the beach 4-5 minutes walk with small children. A sandy beach with a very gentle descent for children. Literally 50m away is a rocky beach which we and the children (9,8,6,5 and 1 year) loved. A mini bakery by the beach with fresh, delicious, hot bread, souvenir stalls, ice cream, etc. There is a Holiday resort & spa complex right next to the beach, you can enter the beach there after paying a fee of 2 euros for an adult, children under 10 do not pay. We came back very satisfied and we sincerely recommend :) PS While in Zaton, we recommend going to the island of PAG and VIR, and be sure to see the town of NIN
