Very bad experience with the hosts. In addition to the lack of things in the apartment (toilet paper, garbage bags, ...) we were surprised by the very bad attitude of the owner. The day before departure, the owner comes and orders us to leave at 9 am on the day of departure, regardless of what it says that departure is at 12 pm. Lp

Regarding the allegations about the lack of basic items in the apartment, we would like to point out that all of our apartments are properly stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags, towels, bed linen and other basic necessities before the guest's arrival, as we do for every guest without exception. We would also like to clarify the situation regarding your departure. At your request, we granted you an additional day of stay; the only condition was that, in order to organize the cleaning and preparation of the apartment for the next guests, you would leave the apartment a little earlier. My parents, who are elderly and personally care about the cleanliness of the apartment, really need more time to prepare everything to the level that our guests usually appreciate. We sincerely apologize if the communication at that moment was perceived as inappropriate - that was definitely not the intention. Our goal is always to be accommodating, as we were in your case when we allowed you to extend your stay. We take every review seriously and try to learn from them, but we also believe it is important to present our side of the story so that future guests have a more complete picture. Very nice, clean and functional apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and carefree vacation. Fully equipped kitchen (even whisk and pancake pan:) Beautiful view of the sea and the magical ticking of the clock from the nearby church. The hosts are very nice, hospitable, warm and take very good care of the apartments, the house and the surroundings. The area is quiet (end of August, beginning of September 2022), few tourists. Bring home something nice or good from the Czech Republic, we unfortunately forgot about it, but it definitely deserves attention :) Matlovac beach concrete, shallow and gradual entrance with sand. We traveled to various places in Pašman and Ugljan with a paddleboard, so Ždrelac was an excellent starting location. We also saw cyclists, the area offers many opportunities for hiking. We would love to visit the host again.
