A special house in which the owner does not reside. Located on the sunny island of coral, in a pure eco zone where cars are forbidden.The island can be reached by boat from Sibenik for 25 min. only. Or from Vodice, several times a day. The town center, beach, ferry port etc. can be reached in less than 10 min. walk from the house. Peace and complete intimacy on a private plot of 1200m2 with big garden and the scent of herbs. From 100m2 large,stone terraces you can enjoy spectacular and unique view of the sea and surrounding islands. House consists of several functional buildings whose external appearance is dominated by a stone. The living area consists of: two bedrooms (one with a double bed while the other has a double bed and two single beds), living room with a small dining area and additional bed, kitchen, hallway and bathroom.Other buildings next to the house include: summer kitchen which is a foodie heaven, outside toilet and shower. Two cities and two national parks nearby.

House price is the same regardless of the number of persons. Tax is included in the price. Advance payment of 30% of the total price when booking. The rest of the payment on arrival, in cash or otherwise agreed upon manner. Discounts for longer stays to be agreed.
