Neat and clean accommodation in a great location, everything is "walking distance". The kind hosts welcomed us nicely and provided parking in front of the apartment. The town of Žuljana is beautiful and not too crowded, ideal for a vacation! Recommendation to everyone

The location of the Orsej apartments is excellent, as it allows access to the city beach and Vučine beach in a few minutes. There is also a bay of FKK beaches in the shade of large pine trees. There is a bakery, shop and market nearby. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are well equipped and clean - I recommend them to anyone who wants to spend their vacation in peace and beautiful nature. We have returned today and I am already saddened by the nice people Anička, Nikš and Marija. Accommodation clean and exactly as seen in the photos. The cat Díno, who did not despise a piece of ham or another delicacy, also kept us company in the morning. In the vicinity you can choose between a sandy, pebble or secluded pebble-rocky beach. You can find active activities in the rental of boats, pedal boats, scooters, or the newly built inflatable water park! I hope to be back here again next year

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days in August and had a great rest. Zuljana is our favorite destination and we have already spent our summers here several times. This time we accidentally found this apartment and we were very pleased. The hosts are extremely kind, the apartment is well equipped, clean and spacious, great location. One of the best accommodations we've ever had. The wine and olive oil are also of excellent quality. The nearest beaches are sandy and shallow, there is no need for water shoes. Great owners, we can only recommend.
