The holiday home is located in Landjin Bay on the island of Pašman, directly by the sea, and is available for rent during spring, summer and early autumn. The house is accessed via a dirt and gravel road, so careful and slower driving is required. The house uses 220V solar energy, which is why it is necessary to use electricity and water sparingly. The use of your own electrical devices is not allowed, except for mobile phone and laptop chargers. Cold water is available in the kitchen, and hot water in the bathroom. It is recommended to boil water from the tank before drinking, so guests most often use bottled water. The accommodation has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a gas stove, dishes and cutlery. Wi-Fi is available, and guests also have an outdoor shower and a barbecue at their disposal. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, while beach towels are not included. Pets are welcome with prior request and an additional fee. The island of Pašman is about 10 minutes by ferry from Biograd na Moru, and is known for its nature, cycling and hiking trails, and water sports opportunities. Boat rentals are available upon request with a valid boatmaster's license.
