In our small village Dekleva, which is home to only 20 people, we would like to offer our guests a homely atmosphere of a typical Istrian village and yet close to the sea. We are only 5 minutes drive from the exit of the Istrian ipsilon highway and we have 13km to the sea. The property is surrounded by fragrant lavender fields and vineyards, and features a large enclosed garden for children's play or simply enjoying a glass of wine. Apartment Vicinim has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge and other kitchen utensils. It has two bedrooms with one double bed, one with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.

Concrete beach As part of the holiday in our apartment we offer guests a free tasting of their own products of wine, olive oil, sparkling wine, and a visit to the lavender shop, a visit to the well-known observatory near the apartments. We will be happy to show you our bicycle and pedestrian ZADAR a path that passes through our village or direct them to the most popular Istrian bicycle trail Parenzani, which is only 5 minutes away from us. as part of the overnight stay we provide guests accommodation for bicycles and pets up to 12kg. The cost of the overnight stay is provided with toiletries and kitchen utensils for cleaning. .
