There are 3 types of villas that you can choose from. All villas have the same interior, you just need to choose Villa Type 1, Type 2 or Type 3! The villa can host up to 8 plus 2 guests. There are 4 bedrooms in the Villa, each with its own bathroom. Relax in the cozy living room and prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dining room. You can relax by your private pool, lie on the deckchairs and enjoy the beauty of the sun. You can also prepare specialties on the charcoal grill for your friends and family. If you want to go to the beach, just bring a towel and you're on the beach in a few minutes' walk, but there are also amazing restaurants within walking distance. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant vacation.

When making a reservation, 30% of the total accommodation amount is charged via bank transfer, and the rest is paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept cards. Upon arrival, it is necessary to pay EUR 300 as a security deposit in cash - this money will be returned to you upon departure from the accommodation if there is no damage. Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Come to the address and inform us about the time of arrival. Someone will come and show you the house. NOTE: In the summer period 05/27/2023 - 09/09/2023 you can book and stay only from Saturday to Saturday! This means that your check-in is on a Saturday and your check-out is on a Saturday, which means you can only stay 7, 14 or 21 days.
