The holiday home is approximately 180 square meters and is located in the village of Volme near Banjol. Volme is easy to reach by car or plane (Pula airport). The village is located directly on the sea with its own harbor and the sea can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 300m). The holiday home is located in an exclusive holiday park with several units and lockable gates. The house is newly built and completed in early 2021. In the garden of Villa Joka there is a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and an outdoor barbecue. A large carport with 2 parking spaces is located right next to the entrance to the house. Additional parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity.

Two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and large sink (towels and a hairdryer are provided). A washing machine is available for use. A sofa bed (pull-out bed) is available for 2 more beds. On the 1st floor there is a large terrace and a balcony overlooking two bays. On the upper floor there is a spacious terrace where you can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In addition to sun loungers, there is also an outdoor shower and a sink on the roof. The entire house is finished and equipped to a very high standard (modern, exclusive German standard). Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Underfloor heating is also available for the colder months (autumn/winter) - a pleasant indoor climate is certainly ensured.
