Your family Franke Description: The holiday house has an area of about 180 square meters and is located in the village of Volme near Banjol. Volma is easy to reach by car or plane (Pula airport). The settlement is located directly on the sea with its own harbor and the sea can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 300m). The holiday home is located in an exclusive holiday park with several units and lockable doors. The house was newly built and completed at the beginning of 2021. In the garden of VILLA JOKA there is a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with a sink and an outdoor grill. A large carport with 2 parking spaces is located right next to the entrance to the house. Additional parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. https://www.villa-joka.eu/

Payment and terms

Arrival possible from 15:00 - departure until 10:00! A security deposit of EUR 300.00 must be paid upon arrival. This is deposited in cash. You will usually receive a refund upon departure. The deposit will be returned in full in cash after checking the accommodation and determining the damage. Pets are not allowed! No smoking anywhere in the facility!
Residential tax is included in price.

The interior of the house is practical and spacious: three bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed and a wardrobe for the bedroom. Two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and large sink (towels and hair dryer are provided). A washing machine is available for use. A sofa bed (extendable) is available for 2 more beds. On the 1st floor there is a large terrace and balcony with a view of two bays. On the top floor there is a spacious terrace where you can experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets. In addition to deckchairs, there is also an outdoor shower and sink on the roof. The entire house is finished and furnished to a very high standard (modern, exclusive German standard). Air conditioning is available in all rooms. Underfloor heating is also available for the colder months (autumn/winter) - a pleasant indoor climate is certainly ensured
