A quiet and pleasant corner for your vacation. We are located in the small village of Podlug, 6 km south of Benkovac, 2 km from the Benkovac exit on the A1 highway. We offer three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, and on the first floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and another living room - a playroom. There is also a room with a fireplace in the building. The building also has an outdoor swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 m.

We stayed at the villa for 10 days and everything was simply perfect. The landlady is very, very nice and immediately tries to find a solution to even the smallest problem. Due to the prolonged drought, there were brief issues with the water supply. The landlady immediately provided us with drinking water, even though it wasn't her fault. The house is fully air-conditioned and leaves nothing to be desired. It felt like being on holiday with friends. We would definitely vacation in this villa again. Thanks again

This villa has absolutely everything you need, plus many things that greatly enhance your comfort. There are plenty of air conditioning units, a large swimming pool illuminated in the evenings, a wonderful jacuzzi, and a barbecue area. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and available for your entire stay. We will definitely be back!

A wonderful place! Peace, quiet, and vast space. The house is beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped; you literally don't need to bring anything with you. Complete comfort. The yard is beautifully landscaped, the pool is spotless, and it's regularly cleaned. The beach is only a 20-minute drive away. The hosts are incredibly kind and very helpful. I recommend it.
