Detailed description

This house is a realisation of an artist's idea, hard work and commitment of his whole family. Interior and exterior design is inspired by calming sea view, surrounding nature, traditional Dalmatian architecture as well as hedonistic and chill Dalmatian vibe. The house is equipped for 4 people. The main part of the house comprises fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with a comfy sofa, where 2 people can sleep. There is also one double bedroom and one bathroom. During your stay, you will be able to use the whole house as well as the outdoor grill and lounge area. P.s. pets are more than welcomed. :)

Payment and terms

The approach to the house is a bit narrow, so you should have that on mind if you are arriving with minivan, have a trailer etc. (in that case, it would be great to contact the host). The best way to approach the beach is by car. You will get the card for free parking near the beach. If you want to approach the beach by foot, there is a downhill shortcut and the walk would take about 15 minutes. However, it is a bit challenging to go uphill. The house is surrounded by many trees so you should prepare for mosquitos and other bugs while you stay outside (we hired a pest control service for the house).
Residential tax is included in price.
