Apartments-Villa Anita are located on the peninsula Čiovo in a quiet place, Okrug Donji (Central Dalmatia). The villa has 2 large kitchens and 1 smaller, 4 bathrooms, 4 sleeping room and a huge living room. Apartments fitted on 2 floors of the house, spacious terraces and a swimming pool. If You like beautiful sea and nature, the beach is only 50m away from the house, as well as the beautiful pine forest with a promenade leading to the ship line to Trogir. Guests can enjoy the pool with a sunbathing area and a terace with a large oak table and benches (capable of seating up to 10 adults), with vines providing natural shade and a perfect view. You can also use an inside fireplace for preparing grilled meal, a single car garage and another outside parking space (protected by heavy-duty steel fence). The town of Trogir (under the protection of UNESCO) is only a 10-minutes drive away from the accommodation, as well as night clubs. Shops are located 500m away from the house itself, as well as a gastronomic offer. The town of Split-Diocletian palace is only 45 minutes away by car.
