Villa Jelena is located in the central part of the peninsula of Istria, near the small town of Kanfanar and only 14 km from the sea in Vrsar, and 20 km from the town of Rovinj. The villa is divided into two floors and consists of 3 double bedrooms and 1 triple rooms, 3 shower / bathrooms, large living room with access to covered terrace and swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living room with dining area and kitchen, and can accommodate 9 people. Private pool size of 40 m2, surrounded by lawn and the whole estate of 1250 m2 is fenced, so the villa is ideal for a relaxed vacation families with children. With a swimming pool are available 9 chairs and umbrellas 4. In front of the house is a covered terrace with wooden table and chairs and barbecue and the relaxing ambience of the pool you can enjoy preparing meals. There is private parking for 5 cars. REMOVAL OF GUESTS ONLY ON SATURDAYS! Other days in advance!
