Private pool size of 40 m2, surrounded by lawn and the whole estate of 1250 m2 is fenced, so the villa is ideal for a relaxed vacation families with children. With a swimming pool are available 9 chairs and umbrellas 4. In front of the house is a covered terrace with wooden table and chairs and barbecue and the relaxing ambience of the pool you can enjoy preparing meals. There is private parking for 5 cars.
