The holiday house Villa Renato is located in the beautiful small town of Konjsko, 15 km from Split. The villa is located on an estate of 1800 m2 with a swimming pool, barbecue, ballot box, table tennis and exercise equipment, and a covered terrace for enjoyment. The house itself is suitable for 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms for 2 people + a sofa bed for possibly another 2 people. The house has 3 bathrooms and one outdoor toilet, as part of the gazebo and pool. The nearest shop, cafe bar and bus stop are only 400m away. The distance from the nearest city beach is about 15 km. Get to know the city of Split, Trogir, Solin, our beautiful islands and the sea, National Parks, all in a one-day trip around the area. Split airport is 30 km away. Payment and terms
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. For a different time by agreement... When making a reservation, pay 50% in advance, and the rest until the day of arrival. Reservations can be made for a minimum of 5 days, no later than the day before arrival. if there is no damage, we will refund you in full.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
We return the advance payment only in case of cancellation of the reservation 5 days after the reservation, and only during the off-season. If the cancellation occurs during the season, from 6-9 months - we do not return the advance payment
