The holiday house is located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, in the quiet village of Muntic near the airport in Pula, but without the noise from the airport. The holiday house with apartments was built of stone and completely renovated in 2012 and has three large apartments completely separated and equipped. Payment and terms
For the reservation it is necessary to pay an advance of 20% of the rental price. The guarantee of € 300 is deposited upon collection of the keys and is returned to the guest if there was no damage. Arrival time (check-in) - from 4 pm Departure time (check out) - until 10 am Final cleaning is 120 €.

The advance payment is refunded in full up to 30 days before arrival, for cancellation within 30 days until arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
